The specialty of the product is that it has screw threads on both ends of the U shaped rod. The Stainless Steel Square U Bolts and other types are used mostly in supporting pipelines to hold the pipes in place with supporting structures such as metal frames or concrete. The Ss Square U Bolts can be made up of any stainless steel. There are different grades of the stainless steels used such as the 304 and 316 which are the most common. The SS 316 U Bolts are preferred because they have good corrosion resistance than the 304 ones but are a bit expensive. The most commonly used is the 304 Ss U-Bolts and they have corrosion resistance, strength and are cost effective.
